ASUS Chromebit CS10 Review: Testing The Chrome OS Waters Has Never Been Easier (Or More Affordable)

Let me get this out of the way right out of the gate: I love Chrome OS. I wanted to love it back when I reviewed the original Chromebook Pixel some years ago, but it just wasn’t where it needed to be for me. Fastforward a bunch of months, and Google made a ton of useful and thoughtful changes that made Chrome OS a legit desktop contender (for me at least). So, like I said in my recent What We Use post, I made the leap to Chrome OS as my main laptop about 18 months ago (or so) and haven’t looked back.

[APK Download] Gmail 5.10 Fixes The Broken Hotmail Account Sync (But Not All Of Gmail's Syncing Issues)

Since the release of Android 6.0 Marshmallow, Gmail users have been reporting some syncing problems on their app that appeared simultaneously with their update to Android's latest flavor. (Very few users mentioned being affected on Lollipop, but it's worth pointing out.) The problems seemed to be divided in two categories: one that specifically stopped Hotmail accounts from being synced inside the Gmail app and another that caused a lot of delays in syncing and notifications regardless of the account type.

Gmail 5.10, which started being pushed to users on January 20, fixes the first issue. A Google employee explained on the corresponding Help Forums thread:

Hi everyone,
I can confirm that upgrading to the Gmail Android app 5.10 should fix this issue, however it's rolling out slowly so is only available for a small number of people right now.

New Samsung Pay Ad Features Comedian Hannibal Buress And Makes Light Of Apple Pay

Samsung and Apple take swipes at each other. The two companies are sort of like mobile carriers in that regard. It surprises precisely no one to see them bickering this many years after taking one another to court (something they're still doing, by the way).

Kickstarter Launches Official Android App—Hopefully Future Updates Aren't Stretch Goals

Here's an idea. Tell me if I should get it crowdfunded. We'll create an Android app for Kickstarter. Wait, before you scoff, hear me out. This way you don't have to fiddle around with opening the site in a browser or opting to sit down at a laptop instead. As soon as you get the urge to throw your money at a project, you can do so.
