The Essential Phone is already a gorgeous phone in its debut Moon Black, but us tech enthusiasts seem to have a thing for panda-themed phones (black front, white back). Just look at how many people went crazy over the 'Black & White' Pixel 2 XL. But before the Pixel 2 XL was even unveiled, Essential already had a Pure White version of the PH-1 in the works. And now, it's finally available. Read More
We've covered Google's photo-editing app, Snapseed, plenty of times here. It's one of the best photo manipulation apps available for Android, especially considering it's completely free. DJI released an update to their Android app yesterday that adds a couple of features to the two newest drones in the DJI Family, the Spark and the Mavic. With the new software, both devices now have Dynamic Home Point updating. The feature, when enabled, "allows the aircraft to continuously update the home point according to its current position while tracking a person in ActiveTrack mode."

Thanks to a teardown of the latest Google Photos update, we have definite confirmation that both your photos and your storage quota will remain safe and unmolested. Read More

Amazon Prime is awesome, let's just get that out of the way. Everyone knows most of the benefits from the subscription service by now, but the thing that I hear that keeps some people away is the cost. Despite it being not unreasonable, it's understandable that not every person can afford it. Students are typically among that category, but Amazon has announced new pricing for college kids. You can get everything Prime-related for $5.49 a month — that's the price of a decent cup of coffee on my campus. Read More
