Samsung has been on a mission to add all of its apps to the Play Store recently, with the latest addition being its proprietary keyboard. It's just been updated to v6, so let's take a look at what's changed.

[Deal Alert] Get 30% more off ZeroLemon's Pixel and Pixel XL battery cases with coupon code

Although ZeroLemon and Amazon would both like you to think that the brand's battery cases cost $100, they almost never sell for that MSRP. In fact, even on release day, the Pixel XL's case was marked down to $59.99 and the regular Pixel's case was at $54.99. They have mostly held their price over the past few months, but the Pixel's case has recently dipped lower to $44.99. However, we wouldn't be here if we were only just pointing you to the Amazon listing, we have an even better deal to share: an additional 30% off with some coupon codes.

Twitter is readying a night mode for the desktop site

It's been roughly a year since Twitter made a ton of users very happy and fully introduced a night mode for its Android app. That was such a popular move with anyone who hadn't defected to a third party Twitter client that it seemed a dead cert it would eventually come to the desktop site. That time has now come.

Mediocre's Smash Hit reaches 100 million downloads on the Play Store

It's hard to truly grasp what that "100 million" badge on the Play Store means. Once the figure is condensed into a simple little badge, it loses a lot of its dramatic effect. But take this into account: 100,000,000 is roughly three times Canada's entire population. That's damn impressive.

[Free Alert] Google is giving away free $1 Google Play credits to select accounts yet again

About two weeks ago, Google handed out free $1 Google Play credits to select accounts. The distribution was pretty random; the credits didn't seem to be going to any specific demographic of users. If you didn't get the credit last time (or even if you did), you're now getting another opportunity for a free dollar of it.

Android platform distribution for August 2017: Nougat hits 13.5% with Android O right around the corner

Google has updated the developer dashboards for August, and that means a new glimpse at which versions of Android are floating around out there. Like last month, Android 7.0 and 7.1 saw a small gain, and most other versions saw a small drop. That leaves Nougat on just 13.5% of devices today, and it's entirely possible Android O will arrive before another platform update does.
