Today Must Be Nexus Day - All "Sold Out" Nexus Play Store Pages Now Say "Temporarily Out Of Stock"

The Nexus flood gates seem to have opened today, with both Best Buy and Wirefly not only launching their respective Nexus 4 pages, but also actually having devices in stock. And now it looks to me like Google is preparing a fresh batch of the sought-after sold out devices, as all "Sold Out" product pages were switched to say "Temporarily Out of Stock" a few minutes ago.

Call me crazy, but I don't think this is simply a meaningless change in wording.

[Deal Alert] Motorola Droid RAZR HD Drops To $19.99 For New Accounts And $0.01 For Upgrades On Amazon Wireless

Just when you thought it couldn't go any lower, Amazon Wireless makes the Droid RAZR HD even more affordable. As long as you're willing to sign on for two years of Verizon service, that is. Amazon reduced the RAZR HD to $49 last week, but Wirefly leapfrogged Amazon to make the device free for upgrades (still $49 for new accounts). Not to be outdone, Amazon has dropped the price all the way to $19.99 on new accounts, and just $0.01 for upgrades.

Google Wallet Update Fixes Some Issues With Nexus 4, Includes A More Holo-esque UI

Google Wallet received its first significant update in a while today, with a mildly refreshed UI, bug fixes, but no new features. In fact, as Ron points out, references to all the features we were excited about having actually been removed from the app. Like the Wallet Card, and P2P money transfers. It doesn't mean those ideas are dead, per se, but we would guess it does mean they're experiencing some delays.

Web Play Store Now Offering To Translate Foreign Descriptions Using Google Translate

Ever since Google launched the web-based Play Store, it has been iterating rapidly to improve the experience. Now that there are more apps in the store than you can shake a phone at, you're more likely to run into one with a description written in a language other than your own. With that in mind, it's pretty cool that Google has chosen to quietly deploy Google Translate in the Play Store.

Back on January 17th, OUYA announced a new contest called CREATE to motivate game developers to get their hands dirty and spend a little time (read: a lot) working on a some prototype games for the console. The entries are in, and there's a staggering 166 videos worth of alpha-esque gameplay for Kill Screen – who partnered with OUYA for this promotion – to sort through.

New SwiftKey Flow Beta Now Available, Allows 'Flowing' In Basically All Text Fields, Better Corrections, And Tons More

Finally! Since the first SwiftKey Flow beta hit the scene, the inability to "flow" in all texts fields has been driving me crazy. Thank God that's been fixed in the newest beta. Phew.

1

We're likely getting closer to a final release of Flow, so this beta appears to be more about polish and less about features – and that's a good thing. Aside from the ability to Flow anywhere, it also brings easier corrections, new languages, a new theme, and more.
