Mid last month, Google announced the Android style guide for Ice Cream Sandwich, which was put in place to help developers make their apps blend in with the rest of the ICS UI. Since then, Google has received many requests for ICS stencils to make the conversion (or creation) process all the more simple.

Well, turns out that it listened. A full set of Android 4.0-style stencils are now available over at the Android Developers' blog.

Mobile World Congress means different things to different people. To marketers, it means reaching new audiences, to company execs, its their chance to make us of those public speaking lessons. For us gadget nerds, it means one thing: shiny new toys! What are you most looking forward to adding to your personal arsenal of gadgets? A shiny new HTC One device? Do you have a need for a projector phone that's gone unfulfilled until now?

Things are winding to a close in Barcelona, but the effects of what happens at this event will ripple out through the tech industry for the rest of the year. We gadget nerds do enjoy our idle speculation. Who do think made the biggest impact this year? Is it Samsung with its Galaxy Note 10.1 that's nipping at Wacom's heels? Or is HTC poised to take back the high-end smartphone market with its HTC One series?

Back in December, we told you about a new launcher called TSF Shell that was set to raise the bar for custom launchers. After two and a half months of waiting, that app is now available in the Android Market, albeit for a ridiculously high price of $17. For a launcher. These people have lost their minds.

Still, if you can get past the immediate shock due to the high price and start reading the Market description, you'll immediately realize that, well, it's not all that easy to follow.

If you're anything like me, you're not so good with keeping track of charging cables or their corresponding adapters. Either that, or every cord ends up together, looking like a bowl of spaghetti with no discernable beginning or end. Looking to end our charging cable woes, the folks at iDapt have created the iDapt i4 universal charger.

The charging station is actually one in a family of devices. iDapt also offers the i2+ which can charge up to three devices at once, and the i1 Eco which sports a totally different design, can charge two devices, and heavily touts the fact that it is "ecological," being made of recyclable materials.

While HTC just officially announced the One X at Mobile World Congress and AT&T shotgunned exclusive rights in the U.S. to the beast for its LTE network (albeit packing a Krait chip instead of the Tegra 3), there's now a rumor floating around that Sprint could be getting a device similar to the One X, codenamed the Jewel.

Details on the Jewel are scarce right now, but rumor has it that the device is packing a large HD display (similar to the One X) and should be one of the flagship devices on Sprint's upcoming LTE network.

We got a look at the Excite 10 LE's at CES when it was called the Excite X10. Now, Toshiba is bringing the thinnest and lightest tablet* to the US market. The Excite 10 LE is identical to the Excite X10 aside from a couple of letters being rearranged. The slate still packs a "multicore" OMAP processor under a 10.1" LED screen. Unfortunately, the device will be launching with Honeycomb (3.2), but is "upgradeable to Android 4.0."
