ifa-2012-sony-xperia-tablet-s-now-a-reality-features-quad-core-tegra-3-and-splash-resistant-design

Just a month after releasing its new 'durable and splash-proof' Xperia Tablet S, Sony has found that some units have gaps between the screen and the aluminum case, making them particularly vulnerable to water damage.

The issue has been caused by a manufacturing flaw at the Chinese plant where the tablet is produced, and as a result, Sony has chosen to temporarily stop selling the device until the problem can be resolved.

Even if you haven't played it before, there's a decent chance you've seen Plague Inc. around the internet. Usually, it involves seeing a screenshot that informs you your mom has killed thousands of people. If you've ever wondered how you—yes, you!—can also create silly-named diseases that annihilate Earth's population with your Android phone, the answer has arrived! Go here, download the game, then spend 15 minutes staring at the screen trying to come up with something clever.

There have been rumors over the last few weeks that Google and Asus are planning to release a new version of the Nexus 7 with 32GB of storage. We previously saw a screenshot from a Carphone Warehouse inventory computer that included this device. Now we've found not one, not two, but three more online listings for the 32GB Nexus 7. This is looking like a lock, folks.

All three listings have the same part number and two of them have a matching UPC included.

Nothing quite stirs me up like people heaping praise on Samsung for "innovating" with TouchWiz’s software features. And every time I try to dismantle this notion, I get called a Luddite. I’m not forward-thinking. I don’t appreciate new technology that’s in its infancy. I’m not curious.

Which is interesting, considering how fascinated I am by it, and how generally up to date I like to keep with technology at large. I make no qualms of the fact that I am a cautious adopter of cutting-edge gadgets, though.

The name "League of Evil" doesn't really spark thoughts of cute little pixelated characters, does it? It didn't for me, anyway. After watching the iOS trailer for the game, though, three things came to mind almost immediately: MegaMan, Contra, and pixels. At that point, I was sold.

Apparently, those cute little pixel men are pretty angry, wretched guys, because they've teamed together to form the League of Evil. And it's your job to stop them but running, jumping, flipping, punching, and other hero-esque things.

The Galaxy Camera, which Samsung initially unveiled in Berlin back in August, is now confirmed to be on its way to AT&T. Unfortunately, the carrier hasn't offered up any details on when it will arrive or how much it will cost. The camera is no slouch, with a 4.7" 308ppi display, a quad-core processor, 4G connectivity, and, of course, a giant camera. That kind of hardware doesn't come cheap.

There's also the issue of data plan connectivity.

Sure, the RAZR MAXX HD may be the new hotness of the RAZR family, but if you're looking to get some extra-long battery life on the cheap, Amazon's deal on last year's model may be of interest to you. Today, you can get the RAZR MAXX 4G for $50 on a new two-year contract. If you're an existing customer looking to upgrade, the device will run you $70, which is comparable to prices you'll find at Wirefly.
