If you've been deliriously excited ever since Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 3 earlier today, there's something you should see. The Korean phone maker has posted a new video, and it's jam-packed with six minutes and thirty seconds of Note 3 and S Pen action.

It's been a busy few days around here, but we haven't forgotten to look after your wallet. It's time to save some cash, and all you have to do is read on and click some stuff. Who else treats you so good?

Odds are you don't yet have access to Google Glass yet, but the MyGlass app should be quite robust by the time you can buy Google's face-computer. A new update to MyGlass allows you to control the Glass UI from the screencast experience on your phone or tablet.

Samsung just unveiled the much-rumored Galaxy Gear smartwatch, but that's far from the only new smartwatch about to hit wrists around the world. Qualcomm, the company best known for building the ARM chips powering most modern Android devices, has just announced the Toq smartwatch. The Toq (pronounced 'talk') will be compatible with Android 4.0.3 and higher, but does not appear to run Android itself. Unlike the Gear, Qualcomm is promising the Toq will get multiple days of battery life from a single charge thanks to its Mirasol screen.

Sidebar Plus got a bit of attention a few days ago when it was in testing on XDA, but now the app is done and live in the Play Store. This app creates a series of slide-out bars on your device that can be filled with almost anything you want, from quick settings to widgets.

ASUS gave us an early look at the Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T back at Computex, but now the device has been announced again in a bit more detail. The TF701T will be the Tegra 4-powered successor to the original Infinity. It bumps all the specs to fit nicely into the top tier of Android slates.

Update: Lookout has confirmed the deal. PR is at the bottom of the post, if you're interested.

Update: Google pulled the video just a few minutes after the news broke. This makes it seem more likely the device in question is a Nexus. Also, a few more screens from the video have surfaced.

There are some companies that seem to really love puns. Google certainly does, but so does Amazon. Amazon's new service is called Kindle MatchBook, and it lets you buy the Kindle edition of books at a steep discount if you've bought them in physical form from Amazon at some point in the past. It doesn't even matter if you still have the book, or if you lost it a decade ago. Prices range from $2.99 all the way down to free, but only for supported titles.

Sony just can't keep a lid on these QX lens camera things. After a ton of images showed up yesterday, we've now got all the specs and pricing. There's even a lovely little video that tells the tale of hipster love.

As soon as Android head Sundar Pichai tweeted the image of a KitKat-themed Android statue on the lawn at Google, it was on. The official KitKat twitter account got in on the fun, and the Android KitKat website went live with a confirmation that it was indeed going to be Android KitKat. What's more, this is not Android 5.0. This is 4.4.

The new Nexus 7 is not an expensive device, but it feels distinctly premium. The build quality has been markedly improved from the 2012 incarnation and the screen is incredible. It might not be a big investment (thanks to Google's aggressive pricing), but it's still an investment to protect. DODOcase makes some of the most attractive cases and sleeves you can get for a tablet, but they come with a big price tag.

Usually, $199 is the price you pay for a smartphone when signing a soul-crushing two year contract. Not with the Nexus 4, which dropped $100 in price last week. The 8GB model was just $199 after the change, and the 16GB was $249. If you're looking to snag a sub-$200 Nexus, you're too late – the 8GB model is gone for good.

The week is just getting started, but HTC is dropping new devices like it's going out of style. No, it's not that rumored One Max we've been hearing about. The company is breathing new life into the Desire brand with the mid-range Desire 601 and the entry-level Desire 300. HTC is also announcing a Bluetooth subwoofer accessory for BoomSound devices and a new "Vivid Blue" HTC One.

After 14 years together, Verizon and Vodafone are calling it quits. Verizon will buy out Vodafone's 45% stake in Verizon Wireless to gain full control of the company. The two wireless giants have agreed to a deal valued at $130 billion, which includes $58.9 billion in cash, $60.2 billion in Verizon stock, and $11 billion in additional cash from smaller deals. This confirms rumors that began surfacing late last week.

The Nexus 10 might be getting a little long in the tooth, but it still has the best screen you'll find on a 10-inch Android tablet. Google is still asking $399 for the 16GB N10, but eBay Daily Deal has it for a mere $339.99. This is a brand new item – not a refurb or open box unit.

There can no longer be any denying it – Sony is about to announce a self-contained camera inside a lens that attaches to your smartphone. The Sony DSC-QX10 and DSC-QX100 lens camera modules have been spotted a few times, but this is the largest cache of pictures so far.

It's a holiday here in the US, but we're still hard at work scouring the Internet for deals on Android apps and games. How about a little appreciation, huh? Well, here are the sales anyway.

The Chinese mobile market is an interesting thing. There are a lot of low-end phones, but there are a number of premium handsets always in the pipe that really couldn't work anywhere else – they usually look like iPhones and have somewhat unusual features. Such is the case with the new Meizu MX3.

Finally, Android is not a second-class citizen. LEGO has released three new apps (okay, one of them is a game) for the Mindstorms EV3 robotics set in Google Play, just as promised back at CES. It's fitting, too. We're all just a bunch of robots around here.
