The Galaxy Note9 was officially announced today, and you might be wondering where and how you can buy one. Don't worry, we have all the details right here.

Chrome 68 was released about two weeks ago, and Chrome 69 just arrived in the beta channel. There's usually a week delay between Chrome and Chrome OS being updated, and now Chromebooks are being updated to v68. This release includes an updated Material Design UI, PIN support for signing in, camera improvements, and more.

Linux applications are usually distributed in one of two ways - through a software repository, or by downloading an installer package from a website. For example, the Steam download page offers a .deb package for Linux users. Even though Linux app support on Chrome OS is improving rapidly, there has never been an obvious way to install .deb packages - until now.

Chrome 68 hit stable two weeks ago with plenty of important changes, like marking HTTP pages as not secure. It took a little longer than normal, but Chrome 69 has now graduated to beta status. Everyone's favorite web browser has finally reached the sex number.

Snap Inc hasn't been doing great, to say the least. The company's results for the first quarter of 2018 were below expectations, and now the Q2 earnings report has been released. During the period from April 1 to June 30, Snap Inc received $262 million in revenue, with a net loss of $353 million.

Samsung is close to releasing its first Android Go phone. A dump of the device's ROM has already leaked, and it includes a few interesting apps - like a lightweight version of the Samsung Internet browser. The aptly named 'Samsung Internet Go' looks and feels exactly like the full browser, but lacks almost all the features.

Google Dart has evolved a great deal over the past few years. It was originally designed as a JavaScript replacement, with Google planning to add native support for it in Chrome. The company later dropped those plans, instead focusing on Dart's ability to compile to JavaScript (thus allowing Dart code to work in every web browser). Dart is heavily used in the cross-platform Flutter SDK, and it's a supported language in Fuchsia.

Most people purchase used cars instead of new models, which means most people don't have the latest and greatest tech in their vehicle. How many cars on the road today are equipped with cassette players, iPod integration, or navigation systems with horribly-outdated maps? There are countless products designed to give existing cars more modern features. Dash cams are fairly popular, like the Roav models we previously reviewed. There are also third-party tracking devices, like T-Mobile's SyncUP and Linxup. Dedicated navigation systems have largely been replaced by smartphones, but there are still plenty to choose from, like those from Garmin. The 'Raven Connected Car System' aims to be all of those devices in a single package. While it does offer a great deal of functionality, there's one critical flaw that should concern any potential buyer.

Two years ago, T-Mobile announced it would only have one cellular plan moving forward - the 'ONE' plan. That didn't last long, as the ONE Plus plan became available a few months later, along with a slew of add-on packages. Now the carrier is throwing another option into the mix, called 'T-Mobile Essentials.'

Slightly over a year ago, an update was pushed to the Google Home that allowed users to play purchased tunes from Play Music. Issues with the feature cropped up almost immediately, and Google engineers have been going back and forth with users since. At long last, the company says it has finally fixed all playback issues.

Fossil's third-generation Q smartwatches have been going on sale frequently as of late - and now we know why. Today the company announced fourth-gen Fossil Q watches, starting with the Q Venture HR and Q Explorist HR.

The ZenFone 5Z is the latest flagship device from Asus, sporting a notched 18:9 screen, a Snapdragon 845 processor, and dual rear cameras. Pre-orders went live last month, and now the phone is officially on sale. Asus told us that only the 64GB storage/6GB RAM model will be sold in the United States - not the beefier models with 128/256GB storage and 8GB RAM.[EMBED_YT]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slqkNYdTznk[/EMBED_YT]The 5Z is now available from Amazon, B&H, Newegg, and the Asus online store. The price is $499.99, no matter where you buy the phone from. We'll have a review up soon, so if you're on the fence about buying it, you might want to wait for that.

The initial batch of phones running Android Go has been... not great. As it turns out, hardware that wouldn't be out of place in 2010 doesn't make for a great smartphone experience in 2018. Seemingly out of nowhere, ASUS announced its first Android Go phone today, and it appears to be a decent product - at least on paper.

Amazon's Fire tablets have been incredibly popular for years, despite the absence of all Google apps and services (officially, anyway). Best Buy currently has the 8-inch and 10-inch Fire tablets on sale, at $49.99 ($30 off) and $99.99 ($50 off), respectively. These are the 'special offers' versions, which means you'll get ads on the lock screen unless you pay an additional $15.The Fire HD 8 has a 1280x800 display, a Mediatek MT8163 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of storage with microSD expansion, and dual stereo speakers. The Fire HD 10 has a better 1920x1200 screen, 32GB of expandable storage, a faster Mediatek MT8173 processor, 2GB RAM, and the same dual stereo speakers. Both tablets use Amazon's custom Android fork, Fire OS 5.It only takes a few minutes to sideload the Google Play Store on both tablets, but you might need to register the device ID with Google. Some variants of the Fire HD 8 and 10 are out of stock on Amazon, so it seems Best Buy is clearing out old stock before refreshed models are released.Source: Best Buy (Fire HD 8, Fire HD 10)

LG announced a new range of budget phones back in May - the Q7, Q7+, and Q7α. They all have 5.5-inch 18:9 displays, with a curved glass front and metal back. None of them are available in the United States right now, but it looks like that will change in a few days. Support pages for the T-Mobile variant of the Q7+ have just been published and point to a release date of August 3.

Dolphin, the well-known Nintendo GameCube/Wii emulator, has maintained an Android version since 2013. However, the app was pulled from the Play Store around two years ago, so users could only download development builds from the project's website. Thankfully, Dolphin has now returned to the Play Store, with the developers aiming to release new builds on a monthly basis.

India has one of the most competitive smartphone markets in the world. Thanks to companies like Xiaomi, you can get a great Android phone for the equivalent of $150-200. Optiemus Infracom is the exclusive BlackBerry licensee in India, and an upcoming BlackBerry device from the company leaked earlier this year.

Android 8.0 Oreo first arrived on the Brazil Moto Z Play in March of this year, then it started to roll out in the United States two months later. Motorola usually releases the kernel source code for each update around the time it is released, but for whatever reason, the Oreo code hasn't been available until now.

A revamped version of the Google News application was unveiled earlier this year, at the annual I/O developer conference. During the event, Google CEO Sundar Picahai said the company had a responsibility to deliver news to users in need. Unfortunately, Google seems to be throwing that out the window as its ambitions to re-enter the Chinese market grow.

Last month, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy On6, a rebranded Galaxy J6 sold exclusively online. Perhaps renaming existing phones is working out for Samsung, because the company just did it again. Today it announced the Galaxy On8, a phone identical to the already-released Galaxy J8.
