Back in mid-March, we gave Rezound owners their first taste of Ice Cream Sandwich. Now, we've gotten our hands on a newer build (3.13.605.7, Android 4.0.3) that should fix several of the quirks that were present in our previous leak, as well as bring new radios to the table. I can actually feel the anticipation here, so let's get to it.

Update: It turns out that this doesn't include new radios after all.

Last week, we posted a benchmark battle between the HTC One XL (AT&T, Qualcomm Snapdragon S4) and the One X (Unlocked, Tegra 3). The reaction to the video was exactly as expected: the S4 enthusiasts defended the XL, while the Tegra 3 fans laughed and patted their favorite processor on the back.

Given how much buzz these two phones are generating right now (especially in comparison with each other), it's definitely fun to watch them go head-to-head against in the benchmark arena, but the last video focused specifically on one test, and one test only (AnTuTu).

If you don't have at least one file explorer installed on your device, then I'm not sure how you actually use it (if you an even call it "using"). However, there are a veritable plethora of file managers in the Store, so choosing one as your primary can be a real task.

If you're on the side of the fence that most of us here at AP are, and have tried nearly every reasonable-looking file manager in the Play Store, then you've probably gotten to the point where you don't even check out new offerings any more, right?

Searching for a new place to live can be ridiculously frustrating. Often times, the combination of price, size, location, and type of housing can make it nearly impossible to find exactly what you want. Fortunately, there are apps like Zillow Rentals to help.

Zillow Rentals take a similar approach to other apps when it comes to helping you find a new place to live. It can sort location by price, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and location.

Huawei was the first company to bring Android 3.2 on a seven-inch slate to the mainstream with the MediaPad, and now it has released an official Ice Cream Sandwich for the device.

The 329MB download brings a seemingly stock Android experience, as well as all of the enhancements and benefits of ICS along with it.

Unlike most devices, the update for the MediaPad isn't being sent over-the-air, so in order to grab this update, you'll have to head over to Huawei's website for the download (installation instructions should be inside of zip).

If you use an anti-spyware/anti-malware client on your device, then there's little doubt that you've tried Lookout at one time or another. While it is definitely one of the most well-known and popular anti-malware clients for Android, it has always had one huge shortcoming, in my opinion: lack of SD card scanning and real-time application monitoring for side-loaded apps.

That changes today, however, as the Lookout team has finally added these two crucial features to the array of others that Lookout is capable of.

For whatever reason, 3D technology is on the rise. Some TV's, smartphones, and even portable game systems are now shipping with some sort of 3D technology baked-in. For those who want a taste of what 3D is all about without having to shell out more cash on a new device, though, comes an interesting new game: Crash Course 3D.

CC3D is a modern take on the arcade-style shooters of yesteryear, with a couple of interesting twists.

Almost one year ago, Acer released its first Android-powered tablet: the Iconia Tab A500. It entered the market at an excellent price point, while still offering the same hardware specs as the then-current tablet top-dogs. As a result, the Android community embraced this budget powerhouse, making it one of the more popular Android tablets of 2011.

Fast-forward to the present, and the A500's successor, the A510, is now available. This is more of an incremental update to the A500, as it packs the NVIDIA's powerhouse quad-core Tegra 3 superchip, but the majority of the other specs are nearly identical to its predecessor.

Almost one full year ago, carriers threw the gauntlet down on tethering applications in the Play Store. Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile were among the first to lay down the banhammer, with Sprint following soon after.

Here we are, a year later and guess what? Version 3 of the infamous Wi-Fi Tether for Root Users app just hit the Play Store, sans carrier restrictions. Of course, this is only because carriers haven't yet found out about the app; when they do, however, you better believe its availability will quickly be laid to rest - so you better grab before it's gone.

I want to put one thing on the table right away: I'm a huge fan of horror-actions games, so I have been insanely excited for the release of The Dark Meadow: The Pact for at least three months now. I've watched the trailer at least a few dozen times, read about the game for iOS (yes, this is a port), and done checked out any info I could find that wouldn't give away all the secrets of the game.
