Back in November, Google announced that it would be moving the annual Input/Output (I/O) developers' conference from April 24-25 to June 27-29. We've all been waiting patiently for registration to open for the now three-day even since then, and Vic Gundotra announced earlier today on G+ that users will be able to register beginning on March 27th at 7AM PT.

Samsung announced just last night that the on-again-off-again Android 4.0 update would begin rolling out to the Galaxy S II in several European markets and Korea, and now we're hearing the date of March 19th for the UK variants of the device -- with carrier approval, of course.

When touchscreen phones first became mainstream, countless people talked about how "impractical" a touch-only device was. Since then, touch devices have become the norm in the smartphone realm, with basically every modern high-end phone packing at least some sort of touch input.

There's no doubt that the Galaxy Nexus is one of the hottest phones on the planet right now. Looks like a handful of undisclosed T-Mobile stores will be getting their hands on the recently announced Samsung S Galaxy Blaze 4G on March 21 - a full week ahead of the nationwide release of the device (March 28th). The Blaze is one of the fastest smartphones to hit T-Mo's HSPA+ network, rocking some pretty decent specs (sorry, no word on RAM or storage capacity at the moment):

We've all been there: listening to the radio, hoping the next track is something good. Or perhaps there's a specific track you want to hear, so you listen to the crappy local station for half of the day waiting for the audio goodness that you so desperately crave to grace your ear canal. Thanks to a new app called Jelli, you may never have to deal with what some deejay wants you to hear again.

It's a known fact that people of all ages love to blow things up with undersized tanks. It's satisfying, destructive, and cute all at the same time - three things that the human heart needs to survive. As such, there are a few games in the Play Store that satisfy this basic human need with tiny-tank gameplay; one such game being Tank Hero: Laser Wars.

There's no shortage of camera apps in Google's Play Store, but every once in a while a new one hits that really wows us. That's the case with Photo 360° - a super sleek new app that lets you capture a full 360 degree view of your surroundings, items, yourself (using the front-facing camera on your device), or almost anything else you can imagine. Here's a quick look at how it works:

A couple of weeks ago, we took a look at Nova, a new launcher for Ice Cream Sandwich devices that brings some nice features over the stock offering. Another new launcher designed for Android 4.0, dubbed Apex, landed in the Store this morning and it, too, is pretty incredible. I spent some time playing around with it earlier today; here is a quick look at what Apex has to offer.

We've been hearing a few rumors about what Samsung had planned for SXSW for a couple of days - supposedly it was some big surprise. We've heard speculations covering everything from the Galaxy S III to an 11.6-inch tablet, but Sammy PR just sent out an email telling us what was really going on. Are you ready for the most anticlimactic news of the year?

Looks like Ice Cream Sandwich update are going to start rolling out in force now. Just this morning we told you that HTC is pushing Android 4.0 to the Sensation/XE, and now Archos has announced that it will be making available ICS to its G9 tablets beginning today.

Users from abroad with the HTC Sensation better start hitting that 'Check update' button - according to this thread on the XDA forums, the Ice Cream Sandwich OTA update just started rolling out.

We've looked at a few different mobile stands in the past, but none quite like the CozyBot stand. You see, the CozyBot was made for specifically for Android users. Why? Because it is an Android. A little plastic Android that holds your phone/tablet/whatever, to be exact.

Have you filed your taxes yet? Don't tell us that you're actually avoiding it - filing taxes is fun an easy! Okay, that's completely not true, but if you're looking for another use for your Android-powered tablet and want to get your taxes done quickly and efficiently while maximizing your refund (who doesn't want that?), then you need to check out Intuit's new Turbo Tax 2011 app.

So here's a twist: instead of Apple just continuously suing Samsung and Motorola over patent violations, the Cupertino company is now ready to negotiate terms that would end several of its ongoing suits with the aforementioned companies. The deal in question? Samsung and Motorola pay Apple between $5 and $15 for each Android handset sold.

If you own an Android 3.0+ tablet, then you're probably always on the lookout for tablet-optimized apps. If you also happen to be a Bank of America customer, then here's a new app that you'll probably want to hit the "install" button on right away: the official Bank of America for Tablet app.

If you developed a game using the Unity 3D engine and have been looking to port the title to Android or iOS, we have good news. The basic mobile add-ons for the Unity3D, normally $400 each, are now free until April 8th.

Now, we finally have a release date for the real deal, and it's coming on March 27th.

Have you ever been in a situation where you wanted to share something with several applications? Doing each individual application is tedious, and if there's one thing we hate around here at AP, it's tedium. Enter a new app that aims to take the monotony out of sharing with multiple apps at once: Andmade Share.

Many TF101 owners have been [im]patiently waiting on Android 4.0 to hit their devices for at least a week now to no avail. Of course, knowing an update is floating around out there and having to wait for it is even more frustrating than actually waiting for the update to become available, so ASUS UK took to its Facebook page earlier today with a tip on how to get your hands on the update right now from the ASUS support pages for the TF101.
