I want to put one thing on the table right away: I'm a huge fan of horror-actions games, so I have been insanely excited for the release of The Dark Meadow: The Pact for at least three months now. I've watched the trailer at least a few dozen times, read about the game for iOS (yes, this is a port), and done checked out any info I could find that wouldn't give away all the secrets of the game.

Back in late March, Sony announced that it would indeed be bringing Ice Cream Sandwich to the Tablet S and the funky little Tablet P. True to its word, the rollout has already begun for the former.

Well, what do you know - another Galaxy S III leak! Only this time, it's directly from the source. You see, the Galaxy S III has made an appearing in Samsung's own program used to manage its mobile devices, called Kies.

With the upcoming release of AT&T's HTC One X, many people are wondering how it compares to the international version, which packs NVIDIA's quad-core Tegra 3 instead of Qualcomm's dual-core Snapdragon S4. One user out in YouTubeLand happened to get their hands on both variants and decided to boot them up simultaneously, as well as run AnTuTu Benchmark to see how they compare head-to-head.

How many times have you thought to yourself, "I really, really wish I could put my phone on a tripod!" Ten? Thirteen? Three-hundred-ninety-four? ASUS just started pushing yet another update to the original Transformer (TF101) that brings a handful of enhancements:

It's already shaping up to be one hell of a day from Google  - first the Galaxy Nexus lands in the Play Store, and now Google Drive is go! Drive.google.com is now up, the app just landed in the Play Store (updated Google Docs), and a pair of videos just hit YouTube details Drive and the SDK.

A couple of weeks ago, we analyzed a crash log that referred to a mysterious Galaxy Nexus software profile called 'takju'. It was completely unknown at the time what takju was, but we know that Google has been using it to test the next version of Android, referred to as "Jelly Bean" in the crash log.

So, it looks like Google is getting back into the smartphone selling game - the GSM Galaxy Nexus just showed up on the Play Store. What's even more interesting, is the fact that it's selling for $399, unlocked and completely contract free. Three-hundred-ninety-nine dollars. That's only $99 more than many of Verizon's subsidized phones!

Update 4/23/12: This update is now rolling out OTA (thanks, Kristopher and others).

So, Dropbox just enabled a new feature that lets you share any folder, with anyone. I know what you're thinking: "but, Cam, I can already share folders with anyone I want. There's nothing new here." While you can share folders with other Dropbox users, this is different. It's actually more like sharing things in your public folder - it basically allows you to share the contents of a folder via link, but the recipient can't edit the files, only view them.

Do you like live wallpapers? Do you use live wallpapers? If so, then here's a new one for you: it's called Digital Embers, and it's just downright pretty.

It seems that DroidDoes.com has a way of outing phones before they're actually announced, and once again, that's the story here. Even though it has since been pulled, Droid Life was able to grab a couple of screenshots of the site as it shows off the newest successor in the Incredible line.

We first heard about the Optimus 3D Max just before Mobile World Congress this year, and LG's newest offering is now beginning its journey to 3D greatness (so LG would hope, anyway). LG made the device official today starting in Europe, with availability in other parts of the world coming soon.

Need a new tablet? You're in luck, because the selection just got a little wider today, thanks to new offerings from ASUS and Samsung.

Not that we assume you've forgotten, but here's a quick reminder for anyone who has been waiting for the HTC One X on AT&T: pre-orders begin today. You'll have to wait until May 6th to get your device, but with that date still two weeks away, you can at least guarantee to have one in-hand on launch day.

The day that many Sprint customers have been waiting for is finally here: the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. That's not the only new device to hit The Now Network today, either - the LG Viper and LG Optimus Elite also join the ranks of new offerings on Sprint.

Over the past year or so, HTC devices have become notoriously more difficult to root/mod/S-Off than the devices of yesteryear. When one series of devices gets cracked, the next generation released by HTC has historically been drastically more difficult to crack.

Finally! Since the dawn of floating apps (which was like, what, three months ago?) this is the one that I've hoped for: a chat client! Brought to us by the Tablified dev team, LilyPad HD finally makes it possible to rid yourself of the full-screen chat client on your tablet for something far more practical.
