Fans of the Heroes of Might and Magic series, you may want to sit down for this one. Mere months after so successfully porting the Heroes of Might and Magic 2 (HOMM2) game engine to Android (see our review), the very same developer, a brilliant man by the name of pelya, now managed to do the same with the Heroes of Might and Magic 3 engine, dubbed VCMI.
While snooping around the Market this afternoon, I ran into Adobe's newly released product called simply Adobe® Content Viewer. With almost no description and usage instructions, I spent about an hour familiarizing myself with Adobe's Digital Publishing Suite which apparently creates content this Content Viewer is supposed to consume (read: display).

With close to 2000 Twitter and over 1200 Facebook entries, I am now ready to name the winner who will be able to shoot 3D movies left and right like it's his job, all while playing Angry Birds and gChatting his family.
We don't really know what's going on with the web and possibly on-device Market right now, but we do know that it's fallen a bit sick, throwing Server Error pages left and right. At first, I thought the apps I was looking at were getting deleted, but then I noticed that the familiar-looking screen actually mentions a server error. After trying 10 more random apps, I got a total of 7 consistent errors and 4 successes. According to our quick polls on Twitter and Facebook, you guys are experiencing the same thing, so it's not just tied to my Market account.

After a period of silence and uncertainty, Samsung released the floodgates of information about its Galaxy Tab 10.1 flagship tablet a few minutes ago. The ultraslim tablet will launch on June 8th at a single location - NYC's Union Square Best Buy of all places. If you don't happen to live in New York City, on the same day the Tab 10.1 will be available for pre-order in-store and online, ready to finally slip into your hands on June 17th nationwide.
EVO 4G owners, it looks like you won't have to wait long for your Android 2.3 fix, at least according to what looks like a shot of an internal Sprint memo that we were just tipped off to by Mr @5c13nc3 on Twitter (tweet since deleted).

For the past 3 weeks, I've been rigorously testing Samsung's latest Android tablet - the Galaxy Tab 10.1, and I am happy to report that my verdict is now out. Looks like Verizon Wireless has taken a page out of AT&T's playbook, as the latest Gingerbread update for the Droid X now seems to detect tethering apps not approved by the carrier and cut off users' data, replacing all requests with an upsale page for the official hotspot add-on.
