When you enable two-factor authentication on your Google account, you have three options for logging in with a phone. The first is with a code generated from any 2FA application, such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Secondly, you can have Google send you an SMS message. Lastly, Google can prompt you on your phone to approve a sign-in attempt (as long as your phone has Google Play Services).

For some users, the latter method now works on Android Wear as well. Some of our readers are reporting that the above notification now appears on Android Wear devices connected to their 2FA-approved phone, allowing them to approve or deny login attempts without reaching for their phone. Google Authenticator can already show 2FA codes on Android Wear, but this is a bit more convenient.

This feature does not yet work for me, but clearly it is for some of you. Let us know in the comments below if you have seen it.
