All good things must come to an end, and the same goes for mediocre things. In the latter category is HTC's web browser app. After including it on phones for a number of years, HTC has decided to discontinue support for the browser app, known as HTC Internet. It will no longer be available after November 30th.
If you actually use the HTC browser, which is a fork of the old AOSP browser, you should grab the newest update. This version will allow you to export your bookmarks for use in another browser. There won't be any further updates to the HTC browser after November, and it will disappear from the store.
If you already have the app on your HTC phone, you can continue to use it. However, I wouldn't recommend it. You won't get support for any new web technologies or security patches. You might as well take this opportunity to move to another browser like Chrome or Firefox that will get updates.
