Google's annual developer conference is now less than 77 days away; at least that's what the new Google I/O 2016 website says. The website also says that registration begins 9AM on March 8th and goes through March 10th. As always, tickets will be in very short supply.

Google is doing the raffle-style registration again this year, so you just need to sign up sometime between March 8th and 10th to have a shot. If you manage to get a spot, tickets are $900 for the general public or $300 for an academic ticket. You can only buy one ticket if selected to attend and can request a refund at any point up to April 29th.

Google I/O is moving back to the Shoreline Amphitheater this year, and will be held May 18-20. If you can't attend, all the good stuff will be streamed. We'll also be posting dozens and dozens of articles throughout the show.
