Android tablets in the last year haven't been particularly interesting, but I am happy we're finally moving toward the more comfortable 4:3 aspect ratio*. There are a few devices that use that shape, including the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. It sure is expensive, though. The 9.7-inch variant is a little less spendy today with a deal on BuyDig—just $399.99 with free shipping.

The Galaxy Tab S2 has a 9.7-inch 2048x1536 Super AMOLED display, 32GB of storage, 3GB of RAM, and it runs Android 5.1. It's probably the nicest display you'll find on a tablet for the foreseeable future. If you can deal with the regrettable physical buttons on the Tab S2, it looks like a nice device.

The deal comes courtesy of BuyDig, which is a respected US retailer that often runs sales on eBay Daily Deals. This one is on the BuyDig site, though. You won't see the sale price on the listing page or in your cart, but it shows up at checkout (we've confirmed). It's usually a $500 tablet on Amazon, but you can have it for $399.99. It includes free standard 2-5 day shipping.

*This is my opinion. It also happens to be 100% objectively true. [dealwithit.gif]
