You snooze you lose. Anyone still on the fence about buying the new Nexus 6P is going to have to wait. And no, I don't mean the weeks of waiting folks who ordered one early are still undergoing. The Nexus 6P is now showing up as out of stock in the US Google Store.

After gradually watching the shipping date push back further and further, the silver 32GB model was the last hold out, with consumers having already bought up the 64GB and 128GB options in addition to the black and frost versions in all sizes. Now the buy button has been replaced with the option to join the waitlist.

Hopefully the Nexus 6P returns soon, because anyone still waiting is going to have a hard time purchasing a Nexus 6P by October 25th to get $50 in Google Play promotional credit if they can't actually buy the phone.

Fortunately if your heart isn't set on the Nexus 6P, you can still place an order for the Nexus 5X. All colors and sizes of that phone remain in stock.
