Alternate title: When Artem Asks You To Write A "Fun" Post, You Accept The Challenge And Do Your Best
Useless crap for $1.22
You can use the Opinion Rewards money.
One day, I will save up enough Opinion Rewards money to purchase a Square Enix game. One day...
I've earnt £6 in 15 months, so I just about qualify!
Except I spent it on crap like this.
Doesn't it expire within 1 year anyway?
I've made somewhere around $15-$20 over the past year with GOR. I don't know why they like me for their surveys, but I am so not complaining.
I've gotten around $30 in the last year. A lot of it I got Google to send to someone, I bought a few apps, and I have roughly $10 currently sitting in my account.
I've tried to register for the survey network since the day it came out - in 2013. They still haven't "gotten back to me" yet.
No, I actually agree with kondra007, I can't imagine spending money on this. It's not about being cheap, either, I buy apps all the time.
Also, this site's staff trolls its readers more than any other site I visit. Congrats??
I love how the staff interacts with its audience. That's one of the reasons why I visit. Keep it up AP!
It's fair that we have different expectations from different publications, so I respect your opinion. My opinion seems to differ in that I think staff should never put down their readers, it seems unprofessional to me. To each, their own, I suppose.
I took the gif as in agreement, like 'welp, what ya gonna do?'. Pictures are worth a 1000 words...the downside is that those words can be interpreted 1000 ways. My guess is that it is a reference to something that I am not understanding. (some show or something).
I upvoted you for having a cordial discussion.
It's a classic SNL skit called Debbie Downer, I recommend watching it! The gif basically indicates that the original commenter is a downer, rather than letting them express their opinion. To disagree is one thing, to reply with implied snark is another. As I said before, to each their own. Some people enjoy the less professional behaviour, I just find it rather unbecoming.
Gotcha. Thank you for the knowledge.
It's a blog... about Android. Nowhere do they ask us for a subscription (or any kind of payment at all) nor do they ask us for an account or anything. It's not a "publication". With that said, I appreciate the unprofessional stance the staff take. Then again, I despise "professional", mainstream journalism.
It's fair that we have different expectations from different publications, so I respect your opinion. My opinion seems to differ in that I think more staff should have moral honesty to say what they actually feel , rather post fake reader pampering hypocritical comments and never put down their journalistic integrity to please readers, it would be unprofessional to me if they do not do this (saying what they actually feeling ). To each, their own, I suppose.
Wow. such clever. much effort. not so much english.
Your reply doesn't even make sense, but thanks for playing today's game of "I try to be funny, but I'm not!"
Wow. such clevery. much efforty. and so much ignorancy .
Your ignorant reply actually does make sense, it clearly shows how much egotistic ignorant asshole you are who think their comment matters LOL and thanks for showing your mentality , now go to upstairs from your mom's basement take your meds and tell your mom its time to change your nappy and fuck your grammar
try to be a better and more creative troll next time and thanks for telling what you are , we all know you try to be funny but you are not.
Them trolling us is nice. I don't want AP to become no fun allowed like Android Central.
It's down to $.99 as of now.
i'd prefer a guru meditation
I can't believe I have to explain this, but the article IS IN THE IMAGE people.
Lol. Thanks for that!!!
Rita, the world just isn't ready for you yet.
I think we got it, this article is just...meh.
And what more exactly are you looking for in an article about a watch face about BSODs? Expounding on the nature of human existence?
Honestly? I don't want to read about crappy watch faces like this. This article was obviously made for nothing but to show off how funny rita is, again.
If I want to have a good laugh, then I have better place to. I don't know why we should praise every single article she writes.
You're taking this a lot more seriously than it deserves. It's a different watch face, its audience is geek culture like some of the AP readers, instead of saying "this is a BSOD watch face, it does this and that," we tried to make the article a bit more entertaining. That's all there is to it.
And I don't claim to be the comedic genius of the century, nor do I plan on making a living off of my so-called jokes. I just like goofing around with articles sometimes. If that doesn't fit your style, you're welcome to skip my posts and read whatever else you find useful on AP. No need to get personal about it.
I am sorry you are having a bad day. Hope it gets better.
Sure, I'll take that ;)
I think this goes to show that nobody reads error messages!
So this app is virus ??
I'm disappointed 0x80085 was not in the image and demand a refund.
THIS IS THE ULTRA BEST INVENTIVE / INNOVATIVE ARTICLE WRITING STYLE I HAVE EVER SEEN. RITA YOU LITERALLY SHOULD GET THE BEST INNOVATIVE JOURNALIST OF THE WORLD. why i wrote it in all CAPS because i'm so excited and amazed because i have never seen that level of innovation in writing :)
Since it's Android, the color should be green!! GSOD
Nice article gimmick, but it isn't your finest writing. That being said, it was still entertaining to read! Looking forward to your next post Rita!
I took the BSOD text and changed a few things, didn't write the article from scratch, hence why it isn't my "finest" hehe. Shows that Windows' error messages are technical, boring, and not literary enough ;)
I thought it was a good joke, working in IT myself. Not every article needs to be your best piece, there's nothing wrong with this article. Just ignore the morons who can't understand humor.
Nobody ever reads the BSOD text, so I doubt many people got that you stuck mostly to it. I think more would have loved it if you changed more text to add more of your own writing, which many seem to love, but kept to the spirit of being technical as if it was the actual BSOD
she all ready did that but your low IQ did not detect that dimwit much ;-) :P
Harsh crowd today!
Seriously who shit in the internet's cheerios this morning
Rita tried something different, no harm done.
People expressed their opinion, still no harm done.
Those are just the chocolate Cheerios, no poop! Try them, they're delicious! :)
use this chrome extension "Disqus Downvote Exposer" watch it yourself that all read 4 people down vote your shitty comment and we are all (well majority people)totally disagree with you.
"Me fail English? That's unpossible!"
me kannot b a non- 'marican /europian parson whuz ingles iz no nativ language , i haz 2 b a amarikan guy hu kno inglis bcoz world round around your fucking empty ignorant head
Yeah see I know you're trolling and want to insult me but that grammar is just so bad...
I think I understand the first part though, and I'll give you this: I'm not American. I'm from Europe, and my mother tongue is a Slavic one.
Technically, he didn't correct your grammar. He just pointed out how it seems that you were high and drunk when you were writing that comment.
Too busy reliving BSOD related incidents to read article.
50-100 people have given money for this thing? Ugh.
How often do you use virtual reality products (that you own)?
