Do you get a lot of work done using Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides from your smartphone? Probably not, but it's pretty easy to keep tabs on other people being productive using those three apps. That's the idea behind one of the latest changes to hit Google's office suite.

What's New?

In the latest version of Docs, Sheets, and Slides, you now have the option to approve or reject changes that other people make to your documents. If you share a file with someone and give them "can comment" access, Google says any changes they make will pop up in the app for your to accept, reject, or comment on.

That's the primary change, but it's not all. In Sheets, you can now move, resize, and delete charts. In Slides, you can reorder objects to the front or back. PowerPoint presentations should also open and scroll at a quicker pace.

If you notice anything else, you know what to do.

Download

Each APK is signed by Google and upgrades your existing app. The cryptographic signature guarantees that the file is safe to install and was not tampered with in any way. Rather than wait for Google to push this download to your devices, which can take days, download and install it just like any other APK.
