Language learning app Duolingo is getting an update today, but most of the people who will be excited about it can't read this yet. Maybe someday they will with the help of Duolingo. This update expands the options for learning English and adds some more courses that have nothing to do with English.

Here's the full rundown of the new languages from Duolingo.

World domination continues. We've added courses for learning English from Greek, Korean, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese, as well as a French course for German speakers and a German course for Spanish speakers.

Duolingo is a slick app that uses voice, multiple choice, and two-way text translation to teach you a language in bite sized sessions. It's completely free and includes a ton of exercises for each course. There's even Android Wear support so you can practice without taking the phone out.

    English -> Japanese & Korean

    • thas ★

      This is what I'm waiting for as well, but I guess English is the language that most people are looking to learn.

      • yungqb7

        @sweenish @thas I agree with you guys 100%. It kind of sucks but, there are those out there who are willingly to learn another language as long as they have a good direction on how to go about it

      It's what I've been waiting for. But like thas said, other languages learning English is probably a higher priority than English speakers learning other languages, especially those with non-Roman alphabets.
