Here's the list from Google's updated support pages. The price and shipping will vary by location.

  3. Denmark
  4. Finland
  5. Ireland
  6. Netherlands
  7. Portugal
  8. Sweden

This should provide folks in these countries cheaper ways to get these devices direct from Google. Remember, some of these countries also got the Chromecast today. Quite a party brewing. Feel free to stock up.

Still waiting on Norway though, wonder what the holdup is.

    • Matt

"Google will launch the Devices section of the Play Store in Finland, Norway, and possibly other countries later this year."

Sticking to the tried-and-true Hebrew calendar for your years, I see.

    • Thomas Cai Jinzhan

Probably because Odin hasn't approved it yet...

    • Gaurav Arora

Artem, you are like the Mayans, just don't predict the calender wrong ok, I don't want the future Nexus species to die in 3013.

    • Ray

i discovered something the other day its called a virtual mailbox.Basically it allows you to order anything in the world just thought i would mention it since i always read people saying they cant order this and that in their home country. well actually you can and for US prices. Here is one i found you can even ship to Oregon where there is no sales tax http://www.shipito.com/

      • Laurentiu

When you have to pay 80 bucks for transportation alone and at least 20% VAT, there won't be much clients for this service.

      • Imparus

You still need to pay V.A.T, and you lose the option to return it if there are a problem, together with the fact that you have to pay for more transportation cost, and if they lose your packet well then you are fucked unless you are willing to pay even more for an insurance in case they fuck up. Those are the reason why people aren't "just" using that.

        • Ray

Ok weird learn something new everyday

    • Joachim Løkås

I think you might be the first person I've seen to be waiting for something like this to come to Norway.

      I gave up years ago.

    • http://b-real.org/ Gisle Enåsen

Oh, I guess there is some retarded Norwegian regulation to block this stupid thing.

  • My name is….

No devices for Greece? No movies for Greece?

    Only that expensive all access?

    Google gtfo

    • Imparus

You are really gonna complain about getting google music, where you can ulpoad 20k songs to the cloud for free?

      • My name is….

I dont care for that service, its expensive anyway.
        I wanted devices!!

        • Imparus

no having 20,000 songs of your own stored on the cloud is free. You are going to insult the company even thought they made more available to you than before? really? I wanted access to google music, but instead I got movies, which are as expensive or more than what I would give to just buy them in a store, but that doesn't mean I should insult the company :-/

          • SSDROiD

It's sad, but the Internet is filled with stupid people raging because something isn't delivered exactly the way they want it, at the time they want it and in the way they want it at the exact price they want it (which basically means they want it free). Fortunately, there is just enough smart people remaining to realize that instead of complaining about what we don't have, we like what we do have. I have been thrilled simply to own an Android devices so I don't have to use iOS for years, whereas others simply forgot about what they have already gotten and demand more and more. It's a sad phenomenon.

  • wezi427

What would have blown my mind today is if Verizon decided to offer the Nexus 5. It would have been late to the party, but still welcome.

  • Nimi

    Nexus 5 available in Finland

    • Daire O Connor

Nexus 5 is also available in Ireland. All colours and memory sizes. No Chromecast yet though.

      • numpty

Yep, just noticed this myself. Surprised to see the Nexus 5 finally available here, but they've already lost my sale -- bought a Moto G the other week instead. (Also eagerly awaiting the Chromecast, in a year or two's time no doubt...)

        • Daire O Connor

Ah stop, I couldn't believe it. I actually imported one in from Hong Kong around a month ago for €320 so it wasn't too bad. Would have been nicer to go through Google though. Let's just hope we get the Nexus 6 on release day instead of 5 months later.

    • jukka

      Nobody cares

      • SSDROiD

No, no, you got this whole wrong. Here, let me help you: Lots of people care about the Nexus 5 being available in Finland. It's YOU that nobody here cares particularly about. So take your fine-tuned hater-attitude elsewhere :)

      • BehelitOutlaw

You just did. You just gave a fuck

  • AbbyZFresh

If Google plans to open retail stores like they are currently doing in NYC. They need to stop these random day launches like this and actually create a release date to build proper hype.

    • SSDROiD

I am betting this is to first release it, then fix any availability bug, see how much buzz it creates on its own and then start advertising for it. Wouldn't be anything worse than doing lots of promotion for something like this and then have everything crash on the launch day. At least now we know that the launch is successful, and the ad-campaign can be successful. We all know there will be stupid people raging "YOU ADVERTISE FOR IT AND THEN IT DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO BUY ANYTHING!" if it had a bug in the system on launch day.

  • Lasse

The Nexus 5 is available in Denmark too.

  • http://youtube.com/jedijens Jens Törnblad

I'm so happy! Google is finally showing Sweden some love.

    • http://www.smsnetwork.org/ Mikael Jakobsson

Finally Ireland gets a hardware Play Store!! It's only the country where you decided to locate your European HQ Google!

  • Josh

New Zealand! Stop forgetting about New Zealand!... Still can't buy from Google in New Zealand.

  • http://www.mscha.nl/ Michael Schaap

Nexus 5 in The Netherlands too, not just the Nexus 7. Plus the Chromecast, of course.

  • IrishGuy

Nexus 5 available in Ireland too

    • Sean

There's a certain amount of irony when the devices are "shipped" from Ireland for at least the UK sales.

  • Martin

Yeah again nothing for Bulgaria!! No music, books, Movies, devices.. We pay $900 for Android devices and we get nothing from Google! What a piece of sh*t is Google!! Can't believe poorer and smaller countries have them... So sick of waiting!

    • AbbyZFresh

      Might as well go iPhone.

    • Nasko Hristov

We are in the EU, Google. Don't consider us 3rd world, please.

    • Mathias Kenting

      I feel your pain

    • Luca

I live in Switzerland.. I know the feeling. We have books.. but in german only (and in Switzerland we officially speak 3 languages)

    • Andrei

What`s poorer than Bulgaria? Zimbabwe maybe because you must be crazy if you`r reffering to Poland or other countries.

      • Martin

Doesn't worth answering.. You are just dumb :-)

  • OldDogeyes

Still don't understand why devices aren't available in the Android play store app... doesn't make any sense to me...

  • yabatopia

It's like living in a "real" country again! Yes, we (Belgium) matter!

    • zmk

More like, you are too close to their warehouse in Eindhoven.

  • Random!

    Same price in all countries?

  • WestFiasco

Worldwide distribution can't come fast enough for me

  • dandroid13

    In Latin America by 2030...

  • Thomas Cai Jinzhan

C'mon google.....give Asia (specifically Singapore) some love here.....Our GDP is among the highest in the world and we have huge spending power!! Why won't you take my money?!?

  • Richard Yarrell

More battery draining Google products with crappy camera's

    • rockknee

...and then you woke up with crappy and closedOS iPhone in your iAsshole

    • squiddy20

It's the same products, just available in more countries. Seriously, can you read?

    Finally!!

    Thank you Google

  • Adam Dominiak

Poland - 3rd world . LG officially announced nexus 5 in my country with price of 600$ (450€) in 16GB. No Google music nor movies available. I mean what's the problem, they want to earn more ?

    • kwiato

The irony is that LG assembles a fair share of Nexus 5's in their factory in Mława Poland.

Man... it seems that to Google we're still building homes out of sticks and stones.

Google why won't you shut up and take my money?

      • someuser

The irony is also that Google has the biggest headquarter of europe in Switzerland, still no hardware in the Play Store.

    • no

      Same here in Romania.

    • nilbud

      Use wowcamera

  • http://resbo.dk/ Søren Resbo

Not sure I understand. Is the news, that it's sold through the playstore? Both devices have been available in DK some time now.

  • José Carlos Sánchez Méndez

I wish they brought this to México soon.

  • WORPspeed

    NETHERLANDS WOOOHOOOO!!!!

This just increased the probabilities that I will buy a Nexus 6 dramatically!
No more, ordering from the US playstore and having no warranty :(
Which I need seeing as my Nexus5 is suffering from horrible internet connection issues, which I can't do anything about and have not warranty for :(

  • http://www.bloggerslounge.dk/ Kenni Odelheim

Finally some Googlelove for Denmark. Now we just need danish language support for Google Now, since we were ignored last time it was updated and the rest of the scandinavian countries got it. This time it was Norway's time to be bypassed. Silly Google.

    • fredrikaw

Wait, what do you mean with "the rest of the Scandinavia got it"?

  • http://bothaven.com/ Inrego

Fuck yes! I wonder why no Nexus 10, though.

  • Fatal1ty_93_RUS

    Still no luck for Russia....

  • Jasperssen

Yet again, according to Google, 1 dollar = 1 euro :(

  • Carlos

I'm in Finland and I don't have that device shop yet. When I press the chromecast ad it gives this: error retrieving information from server. [DF-DIC-01]. Still no play books, music and movies in Estonia, but luckily I can use those features there..... :3

  • http://b-real.org/ Gisle Enåsen

"So if you’re in one of these 11 countries, look for Chromecast starting today at Amazon, Google Play, Currys PC World, Elkjøp, FNAC, Saturn, Media Markt and other retailers."
    http://chrome.blogspot.no/2014/03/chromecast-now-casting-in-11-more.html

It appears this might be the reason why I can't buy it online on the Norwegian play-store.
The heartless company Elkjøp have struck a deal apparently with Google and apparently it may count for the device store being delayed in Norway.

  • http://bothaven.com/ Inrego

Ugh - I just ordered the last Chromecast device I need for my home. Overpriced of course because I had to go around play store -.-

  • http://bothaven.com/ Inrego

Nexus 7 is more expensive on Play Store than buying it in danish webshops here in Denmark.. :S

  • Thomasne

God I really hate that Norway is so slow at getting good phones. Not 1 carrier is selling Nexus 5. In norway we only sell iphone and samsung. Terrible.

    • SSDROiD

Carriers here in Norway may not, but you do have the regular stores you can buy them from. They can be quite expensive, granted, but saying "In norway we only sell iphone and samsung." is just flat-out wrong.

  • Pedro O Raposo

F******* FINALLY!!! Last year I had to order my Nexus 5 through a friend in the UK, resulting in quite some extra expenses. Now finally I can order stuff directly to the Play Store in Portugal. Took them long enough!!!

  • Emexci Life

Sold my nexus 5 already and bought a moto x. But good move Google!

  • Rickin

It's not on Brazil yet :/

  • SSDROiD

Congratulations to my neighbor country Sweden! Waiting patiently for support here in Norway as well, but I am still so thrilled and excited over the Play Music All Access and Movies support here in Norway, so despite Norway not being on this list, I'm not gonna complain :D Little surprised, I have to admit, that Sweden got support for Devices when Norway didn't, but I'm sure Norway will soon too. Either way, congrats to all the new countries! :)

  • Shaun Dutchy Davis

still no love for Jamaica :(

  • SxperiaS

Finally on Portugal, nice news Google.

Next to check if carriers will lower prices ....

  • Ben Said

    Why no Malta :(

  • Albin Hermansson

Well, for starters, it's more expensive on Google Play than 3rd-party stores. I guess it's not that weird considering they charge $488 for the 16 GB model here in Sweden.

  • Pascal

    269€ what? Where is this?

  • Nathan

    <3 <3 <3 Google <3 <3 <3

    (I live in the Netherlands)

  • totally_excited_irish_YES!

YES!! OMG!!! OMG!!!! I'm so excited that I'm hopping around here singing stuff by the Pointer Sisters. At last we in Ireland can buy Nexus straight from the big G without having to jump through hoops (no I don't mean you, Flying Spaghetti Monster).

  • BlauweVogel

    Finally!

  • mukul chhabra

Google Nexus 6 might be the best smartphone in the upcoming future with some brilliant feature and low price as related to other smartphones and there is huge interest among fans related to Nexus 6 as seen on http://appinessh.com/google-nexus-6/

  • Smartphone World

Sony Xperia Z3 review articles said that It will have an astounding 28.7
megapixel camera which would deliver a digital camera kind of quality,
with its ability to capture sharp images in high resolution even in low
light and also blur-free images, so taking selfies even at night won’t
be a problem for those active in photo-sharing sites as in http://shoutaword.com/xperia-z3-a-piece-of-wonder

  • Filip Pešić

Never gonna get to Serbia I guess.. :p

  • Jacob

I need nexus 5 in POLAND!!!

  • Majkel

    Why, not in Polnad?
