Touch of Modern is like an exclusive club, only one that lets anyone in for free. Its only demands are that you register an account and, before now, browse its content within a web browser. Today even that last requirement is going out the window. With the release of a dedicated Android app, you can now whip out your phone and enter this club any time you wish.

For the uninitiated, Touch of Modern is an online catalog of products showcasing innovative, modern design. The prices are discounted up to 70% off retail, but, unfortunately, shipping time can be killer. Nevertheless, this mobile app may be a better way to keep up with the current offers than waiting for them to spam your inbox. Just like the account you need to create before browsing, the app is completely free.

They're trying real hard to copy the Grand St app but failing pretty miserably.

Touch of modern without the modernity from being up to date with the newest design guidelines... How ironic!

So what you're telling me is, we have a Fancy clone, right?

I find Fancy to be a lot better, both in app design, and what products are offered. The products may be expensive, sure, but at least they know how to use Holo to their advantage.

Fancy clone, and it isn't compatible with a Nexus 5 or 7 it seems OR it isn't available in Australia OR both. Fail from the word go!
