Some of these will probably prove too challenging to start off with, so you can adjust the difficulty level to something more your speed. A 10-week six pack plan is included for anyone patient enough to see this through, and there's a 7-minute workout for people who just don't have the time to do more.

The workouts are designed to get your blood pumping without the need for exercise equipment, and they ideally improve overall fitness, muscle strength, balance, and help you manage your weight. Since aerobic exercises aren't included, apartment dwellers should be able to follow along without disturbing the neighbors living downstairs.

      probably so, but you'd need to root your phone and backup the previous abs in case something goes wrong. :)

    Such a good review of the application, however i wish you guys told us that this application requires permissions IT DOES NOT need to run such an app including READ_PHONE_LOGS and retrieve running apps. STAY AWAY.

    Abs are made in the kitchen... not the gym... or by doing 1000 sit-ups a day!

    You want abs, eat right, or you will be busting your ass for a lot of nothing.

    This app is just as bad as those TV commercials advertising the Ab Circle Pro and other related products.

      This. I have crohns which makes it very hard to gain weight. I have the body of a supermodel, if I were a girl.

    Building up abs is the easy part... losing the fat covering up the abs is the hard part. Ab exercises alone won't cut it, you need more cardio exercise and of course proper diet.

    Everyone has a 6 pack already. They are hidden by a layer of fat. Sit-ups don't get rid of that fat. You have to do compound exercises, like burpees and cut calories. BAM! I saved you $5
