The HTC Butterfly S is not too unlike the HTC One, just with a larger screen, a slightly more powerful processor, and a micro SD card slot. With its 3200mAh battery, this is a beefier phone for people with perhaps more demanding needs than HTC's flagship phone can satisfy. It still has 2GB of RAM, the same UltraPixel camera, Beats Audio sound, and the latest version of Sense. The catch? HTC traded off the One's premium aluminum build for glossy plastic, and the company did so without making any changes to make the device more attractive. That has now changed with the reveal of the Hello Kitty edition of the HTC Butterfly S in Taiwan.

This prettier version of the phone comes with a white back that sports an instantly recognizable print of Hello Kitty's disembodied head in place of the usual bold HTC logo. Said logo is given a smaller font and moved to a higher position just below the camera. Beats Audio maintains its place at the bottom, and the phone's exterior is otherwise the same. A subtle red trim highlights the camera, speakers, and face buttons on both sides of the phone.

Internally, a pink wallpaper features Hello Kitty surrounded by bows and butterflies, just begging you to show her off to all your friends. That is, if you and your friends live in Taiwan. If you live elsewhere and find yourself feeling insatiably jealous, there's always this.
