i'm patiently awaiting a Dropsync Pro sale. I currently have a setup to where my phone downloads folder gets uploaded to dropbox and then back down to my tablet (which is ideal for saved mms photos)

Forget Dropsync. It gets no support and the pro IAP restoration is straight up broken. I had to dump it and went for FolderSync Pro, which is far more versatile.

Don't look back, grab FS, one of the best apps on Android.

When are you gonna share your list of favorite apps?

    • Dominik78

If you can wait to sync till you get home, Syncme by bvaisoft is really good. I have mine setup so that as soon as its connected to my home SSID and also connected to a charger it will sync the pictures folders and some other folders to and from the computer. It uses folder shares, but is quite powerful in the way you can setup conditions to sync'ing, the type of sync etc.

Well if you still want it, it's half off (I'm not sure as of when), and both the app and pro key were supposedly updated today (unless the "Updated" section just refers to the last time the Play Store page was changed).

  • Joshua

Was that a choice on your part or is every game on sale here really stylized to all caps?

    • PamelaLibrarian

If you follow the Play Store links, you'll see these game titles are in all caps (same developer for all). Who knows why?

      • Joshua

I would have done so, but I've noticed a strange error when I open Play Store links from a mobile browser. I don't know if it's only Chrome Beta that's doing it, nor whether it's user error rather than programming, but when I open those links, the Store crashes and it returns to the web page, which becomes unresponsive. Of course, I could open each app individually in the store app, but I didn't really care that much.

        • PamelaLibrarian

That's weird. It must be Chrome Beta, because regular Chrome opens the links okay for me. I was wondering the same thing, which is why I clicked on them.

No thanks, I will gladly pay for them and support the developers because they deserve it. Also I like to have it on Google Play where I am (mostly) safe from all the viruses injected in the apks.

Love the ROM Toolbox Pro .. too bad there isn't the TWRP for my phone (old ZTE Blade) :C I would need to buy full ROM Manager to be able to fully use the ROM Toolbox Pro :C too bad

  • Ian

Is it worth "upgrading" to ROM Toolbox Pro from the Lite version?

    • xHabeasCorpusx

Yes. It's the first app that I install. It's like a swiss army knife of root apps. It does everything.

Locus Pro is also on sale, best map software on Android imo :) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=menion.android.locus.pro it is 46% off and it is really awesome tool for Geocaching (and for maps in general) .. I completely uninstalled the Google Maps because Locus is all I need now :) it has a shitton of functions! (if you buy it, be sure to use this addon https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mjk.locusmaptweak .. it adds the Google Maps, Bing Maps, Yahoo Maps and Nokia (OVI) Maps to the Locus :) )

    • John Underwood

Are the extra features really worth the money compared to the free version?

      • http://mavi222.deviantart.com/gallery/ Mavi

Hmmm, depends if you want to use any of the functions of Pro version http://www.locusmap.eu/features/compare-versions/ I am using the POI alert a lot, and all the Geocaching functions. I think there was also some map viewing or route viewing limitation in the free version, not sure if they got rid of it or if it's still there. :)

It'll be in the next roundup.
