You got your Google I/O ticket. Hotel's booked. Flight's reserved. For all intents and purposes, you're ready for Google I/O 2013. If you need something to do the evening before the event starts, however, Lookout's got you covered. Well, kinda. Lookout has 20 of you (plus one guest each) covered.

Of course, we're talking about Lookout's annual Google I/O Party. Here's the skinny: every year, Lookout holds a pretty killer party for Google I/O with free drinks, food, and giveaways. The guestlist is exclusive, though – if you don't get invited by a Lookout employee or win a ticket in this giveaway, you can't get in the door. Fancy.

This contest is now over.

The final results are listed below. If you've won, you will be contacted in the near future. Congratulations!

Everyone else - keep participating and stay tuned to Android Police so that you don't miss our upcoming giveaway announcements. You can follow AP on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and RSS.

I'm looking to see how Chrome and Android are moving closer to each other. Being able to access and sync my apps to the Google cloud and being able to run more HTML5 apps on Android would be meaningful updates to me. Also CDMA and LTE support returning to the Nexus family would be a boon.

    • John O’Connor

I expect that we will see some convergence over the coming years inasmuch as chrome/android but not necessarily in the ways we would expect.

If HTML5 can reach more mature capabilities that have been relegated to specific coding languages, I anticipate a much richer App environment. Not all of the functions are there yet but we can only hope.

I would really like to see how El Goog can further update Drive to include the usability and fully integrate quickoffice to more effectively take on Microsoft and provide a more streamlined and effective method for using office productivity applications.

Being on 2 CDMA carriers myself, it would be nice to see a return of the Nexus onto Verizon, Sprint and the small regional carriers although that is not without complications, QCOM has been working on chipsets that provide a broader range of carrier bands onto a single chipset so it is not out of the realm of possibility.

  • Brandon Heid

Seeing California for the first time, and watching an Android keynote LIVE finally!

  • hnilsen

I went to Lookouts party last year, and was warned from attendees from the year before that, that the party was an utter waste of time. They were right. So I'm paying this forward to you guys. Spend this evening at the SF Android User Group party, Noisebridge Hackerspace or go to a Giants game instead. Time around Google IO is going to be precious, so spend it wisely. Don't waste it on the Lookout party.

    • John O’Connor

Has an SFAUG party been planned already?

      • hnilsen

I don't know - from what I could gather from last year, they had the party on the same day. I cannot be sure, though. There doesn't seem to be a lack of options, though :-)

  • Jerry Tran

KEY LIME PIE HERE I COME

  • victorjake

The thing I am most excited about (according to rumors) is the Google/Motorola phone. Larry Page hinted at a mid-sized phone with high end specs with durability and long-lasting battery life. And if the Nexus 4 is anything to go by, it could be unlocked and at a really affordable price. Other than that, the Nexus 7 refresh is pretty exciting. Going by rumors, a 7.7" device with a smaller bezel (not too small, as I like my thumbs resting somewhere) would be about perfect for comic book reading.
