Aw man, just what we need... blind not paying attention when they walk

    • Renrew Laup

Simply brilliant. I just wait for good comments here. Was worth it. Thank you for a good laugh :)

    • onpoint G

lol that's a way to think about it

Yeah, but at least they can text and drive more safely.

      • Ittiam

Google car driver #1 can now text and drive as well :-)

I hope they offer the same option as swiftkey to use multiple languages, that's the biggest thing of swiftkey for me...

    • http://twitter.com/cthonctic Cthonctic

Exactly what I was going to say as well. If this makes me switch between two or three languages all the time for its predictions to work, then SwiftKey won't move over on my devices any time soon.

  • Sqube

Yeah... we'll see about this one. Plenty of keyboards have made plenty of promises, but SwiftKey is the only one that I've ever been able to stay with and get good with.

If this should actually work though, I'll be only too happy to give them whatever monies they require.

  • Cédric Tremblay

I'm relatively sure that on my SwiftKey, I usually hit pretty much all the keys wrong and it's still able to predict what I wanted to say.

  • Charles

No longer accepting submissions for beta testing :(

    • Sebastian

I literally just signed up three seconds before I saw this comment.

      • Jonathan Isenberg

I signed up about 30 seconds ago and had no problem with the beta.fleksy.com URL.

        • Andrew Danielsen

          Just signed up.

    • Ryan Ball

I had no problems signing up with the given link

3 hours after you posted this, I can sign up. Maybe they are being distributed by regional allocations.

No longer accepting submission for beta. :(

  • Matteo Mazzarolo

    It's 'Fleksy', not "Flesky' (title)

  • Mauro Oliveira

so awesome i thought it was fake

  • Rick Fisher

we'll see. What ever happened to the other blind-type keyboard that came out with a sweet video, Google bought it up, and never heard from it again? I'm sure some of their work went into the AOSP keyboard, but it's nothing like the videos

  • diem

Awesome Greeks.. One of the co-founders also created BlindType, which wa bought by Google and eventually became the ICS keyboard.

  • fma

Pass over the apk or just piss off!

    • scotsdroid

Are you always so charming and amiable or are you just putting on a special effort just for us ;-) at least a please would be nice......

  • Tyler

I'm not sure that this will be able to beat Swiftkey Flow, being able to swipe across all the letters is so quick.

  • Hassan

change the title, it "Fleksy" not "Flesky" LOL

    • Hassan

      it's*

  • PhilNelwyn

How is this prediction and not auto-correction?
There's nothing about guessing the next word.

  • rap

What about when it selects the wrong word. That is going to happen sometimes. One advantage I would see of Swiftkey over this is Swiftkey predicts your word before you type the whole thing saving keystrokes. This one you probably have to type the whole word even if it is mispelled.

    • Pete

I tried the beta and that sucks, I tried to Google fleksy but couldn't because it auto corrected it to "doesn't" every time and there noway to cchoose the actual work. It was beta though

  • Jackson Legge

Idudhtgotthebrjyyadoedhfnworjall translation: I got the beta, doesn't work at all

  • tjennhw

Swype is fast and one hand and no need to look at the screen. Voice feedback will probably be turned off quickly by all of the users.

  • Elias

Really looking forward to see this in my language.

  • http://bitshift.tumblr.com/ esjay

This reminds me a lot of BlindType. IIRC, Google acquired them a few years ago.

  • Abhishek Dhariwal

Is it supported for galaxy S2?
