Back in mid-October, popular Twitter client Echofon released an alpha version of its Android app. While it was relatively polished for an alpha, it was still lacking in features and, of course, had its fair share of bugs.

Anybody gone from Tweet Lanes to this who could give their thoughts?

Tweet Lanes is my go to for browsing Twitter. I just use the native app for my push notifications. I used Echofon before and went right back to Tweet Lanes. The push notifications and quick reply from the notification drawer was nice in Echo though.

The best twitter app for me is Falcon. Combined with tweetification for push alerts.

This build definitely feels more complete. Sure, there are a few little things here and there but they fixed a lot of the stuff that held me back from using this full time. I use this on both gnex and n7 now.
