So tomorrow we can expect some other apps to be on sale?
Today I can recommend only Office Suite. Nothing else worth having. Unless you're into games.

    • Tim Kermode

Same, bought Office suite. runtastic pro looks decent enough but I got Endomondo on the 10p sale which looks more advanced..

      • http://code.google.com/p/lg-v909 Aaron Echols

Tasks is amazing, I highly recommend.

    • Mark Arpon

What about Tasks? I'd recommend that. :)

      • Laurence

I just want to second this. If you have any need whatsoever for a task manager or a to-do list, go and buy Tasks right away. I bought the full version several months ago and I use it all the time. I find to be great for everything from planning a party to keeping track of what I need to do at work. It's the best task manager on Android, and absolutely worth 25c.

        IMO, Tasks+ is better...

I immediately bought Office Suite Pro. I got it free from Amazon a while ago but would rather have the Play store version. Glad I waited.

      • Matthew Fry

Agreed. I'm trying to slowly remove dependence on the Amazon Appstore. I don't like that it has to be installed and connected to the Internet to work.

I also noticed that the spell check actually work correctly with the Play version instead of just marking everything as misspelled like the Amazon version

      • Darshan Karia

        same here... :-)

    • New_Guy

Office Suite is an AMAZING deal for $.25. Spell check and Google Docs printing integration. Not to mention it's formatted like Word for windows. everyone should get this, especially if you own a tablet.

    Too many games...

  • Danny Holyoake

You missed out London Bus Checker.

      Thanks, Danny.

Office suite worth it at 25c?

    • Alex Luckett

      Are you kidding me?

      • http://www.facebook.com/ShitizGarg Shitiz Garg

Never used it plus I own QuickOffice, so I was wondering if its worth buying.

        • Grammar Nazi

          Nope...

          • onpoint G

You are wrong why you no think that lol I know that sentence almost made your head explode

        • Mei

You already got the better one, QuickOffice (also purchased by Google). Also, QuickOffice is less intrusive with the permissions needed for app.

    • coolbuddy

Definitely ..its many folds worth than 25c

I got Tasks, its pretty useful with sync via Galaxy Note 10.1 to Galaxy s3
Not a fan of games, got already FPse to live the glory days (worth your buck)
Office Suite is worth it, I use a lot of spreadsheets so its useful for on the go
Personally, everything else is useless for me

  • Ray

Are you going to include movies and books also when they come up?

  • Himmat Singh

Can I be honest? The list of apps/games is seriously underwhelming. I'd expect that Google with all their influence to get a better selection up there. Some of the better ones on the list have been repeated countless times before.

    • http://twitter.com/bat0nas Tomas Misevičius

Wait for the next 4 days. Maybe Google keeps something good for the rest of the sales days.

  • Aku

Runtastic don't bother -> Nike+ app is way better for runners. Office pro seems to be the decent one in the list for sure.

  • coolbuddy

it seems you sudoku is missing from the list??

  • selva

    Thanks Google.

  • http://btwnworlds.tumblr.com/ Lou G

dang it! another 2 cents and I could buy another app or book. LOL and I'd finally have all of my store credit spent. I've only got .23 left now. :D yay sales!

  • DavidKeith

I got tasks just because ( i think Google should make it free like all other google apps)

I got Dr Seuss for the kid.. why not?

    • Paul_Werner

I could be wrong but I don't think that Tasks is created by Google. It does say Team Tasks for the developer

      • DavidKeith

no you are correct, I was saying that Tasks is a Google product.. therefore they should create an app for free

  • Jaxx89

Now I wish they wud put AfterFocus Pro to the list as well.....

  • Ittiam

Good promotion... Had not installed any app for a long time now... Purchased 4 already...
