Tapatalk, the mobile forum app "designed for forum superstars," can now be had for $0.99 in the Play Store, down a full $2.00 from its normal price.

For those unfamiliar, Tapatalk is one of the most popular mobile forum apps in existence, and bills itself as "the only and best fully-functional forum app in the market." The app allows users to quickly access, read, and participate in many of their favorite online forums through a smooth, intuitive interface.

The app does a fantastic job of streamlining the process of participating in forums by allowing users to access their favorite boards in a centralized location with a unified layout. This effectively ends the need to wade through the various and inconsistent layouts one may encounter when perusing forums in a regular browser app. What's more, Tapatalk works with a huge variety of forums, boasting official endorsement by more than 35,000 boards.

Whether you've never heard of Tapatalk, or just haven't been able to commit to a $2.99 price tag, now's your chance to get your hands on an extremely handy forum app while simultaneously fulfilling your dreams of forum superstardom. To grab the app, just click through the widget below.

is your phone on and did the app download to your phone? It refunds you the money after so many minutes if the app hasn't installed.

Finally bought this last night. Not sure I'll ever use it, but seems handy enough. I just hate all of those popups on forum sites about Tapatalk when you visit them in a mobile browser.

In the link box, on the appbrain side...  It says its $1.03...  Is there a reason appbrain has it for 4 cents more?  Or just a typo?
