If you've been dying to find out just how many pages Samsung needed to stuff all those endless Galaxy S III features into the user manual, wonder no more. We have the full 181-page document for the international version (GT-i9300) embedded for you right below. If you want to download it instead, you'll find the mirrors towards the bottom.

Enjoy and let all of us know if you find something interesting!

P.S. The manual says a max 32GB MicroSD card is supported, even though Samsung promised support of up to 64GB. It's unclear at this point whether that means the initial variants with 16GB and 32GB of onboard storage won't support 64GB of expansion or it's an error in the manual.

    How disappointing :-/

Without optical zoom it would be impossible.

Didn't they say there would be 3 options maybe that just users guide for the 32gb

    • http://www.androidpolice.com/ Artem Russakovskii

Well, yeah, they did, but that's for internal storage. Why they would limit external like that is beyond me, but there is probably a reason.

It's hard to believe the 32GB SD is the biggest the SGS3 can handle. I'm using a 64GB one in my original SGS...

    • Thomas

      Yep.

The only reason why there are devices that doesn't support "MicroSDXC" is simply because someone had made an assumption that SD-cards over 32GB wouldn't exist.

There is no difference electronically or software-wise that has changed in the card, it is simply a MicroSDHC card with higher capacity.

    • Barton82

But you had to reformat the card to FAT32. SGS3 was supposed to work with exFAT - the default 64GB card file system, without the 4GB file size limit.

No info on wireless charging. Granted, Palm Pre's user manual only had a single brief mentioning of Palm Touchstone, but it was still more than nothing. I truly hope that wireless charging is not going to be another failed promise.

I think wireless charging in the SGS III is completely offloaded to an accessory you have to buy, so I'm not surprised.
