Found the Nexus to be 150 for extension of contract for my account. So maybe its not just for new accounts

Teases You With Cheap, Unlimited, Mostly Hypothetical LTE

    There, fixed it for you.

Amazon has the GNex for $49.99 for new accounts, $149.99 for upgrades for legitimate 4G LTE, and, if you are a new customer, 4GB data for $30 (normally 2GB price) or maybe you upgraders (like me) have unlimited already. Plus, you get $25 worth of paid apps through the Amazon Appstore and free 2-day shipping!

Indeed, they do, but people sticking with Sprint (like me) are going to appreciate better pricing. You've got a point though, when you put it that way. :-/
