Another day, another awesome giveaway. Once again, our truly amazing pals at NVIDIA are providing the Tegra-powered tablet goodies. Today, we're giving away four tablets: 2 Sony Tablet S's, and 2 ASUS Transformers (the Transformers also come with the truly great keyboard docks) - and every winner will also receive a $25 AMEX gift card to purchase some of those sweet Tegra Zone games the day their prize arrives. This is an international contest.

NVIDIA Tegra Zone
NVIDIA's Tegra Zone is the only Tegra device game store for Android, and you'll find some of the most awesome games available for Android there, like Shadowgun, or the awesome new free pinball game Zen Pinball THD. You can get NVIDIA's Tegra Zone app on the Android market, available for all Tegra-powered devices (like the Galaxy Tab 10.1):
The Prizes
The Sony Tablet S is Sony's first full-on Android tablet, featuring an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 16GB of storage (with an SD card slot for even more space), 9.4" LCD display, and a unique curved design.
The ASUS Eee Pad Transformer, which you probably know already, is also packing a Tegra 2 processor, 16GB of storage, a 10.1" LCD display, and a keyboard dock accessory that contains an additional battery to ensure your Transformer is never without enough juice to get the job done - it's truly the world's most versatile tablet.
The keyboard dock is normally sold separately, but it's probably the best part of the tablet, so NVIDIA and Android Police weren't about to give you an incomplete Transformer. As noted earlier, every winner will also received a $25 AMEX gift card.

The Terms
The giveaway starts immediately and runs until 11:59PM PST, Sunday, December 18, after which the winner will be chosen randomly and notified via Twitter, Facebook, Google+, or email.

1. Eligibility

2. Disclaimer

3. Contest Period
The Contest begins December 15th, 2011 at 12:00PM Pacific Time and will continue until December 18th, 2011 at 11:59PM Pacific Time (the "Deadline"). All entries must be received before the Deadline to be eligible to win the Prize.
4. Prizes
Four (4) eligible entrants will be chosen by the Contest Provider at random as the “Winner,” and will receive the “Prize,” either one (1) Sony "Tablet S 16GB” Wi-Fi tablet computing device, estimated retail value $499.99, or one (1) ASUS "Eee Pad Transformer 16GB" Wi-Fi tablet computing device, estimated retail value $399.99. All Winners will receive one (1) $25 American Express gift card. No substitutions or exchanges, cash or otherwise, will be allowed. Prize is not transferable.
The Prize will be provided “as is,” Contest Provider and Prize Provider provide no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
Shipment of The Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Provider. Shipment method and carrier will be selected by Prize Provider. Contest Provider and Prize Provider assume no responsibility for loss of or damage to the prize prior to or during shipment. If the Prize, after shipment, is returned to the Prize Provider as undeliverable or for any other reason, Contest Provider and Prize Provider reserve the right to disqualify the Winner and to designate another Entrant as the Winner.
5. Collection of Information:
The Contest entry requires you to submit a first and last name, email address, and shipping address to meet the Contest’s Eligibility requirements.
If you are a citizen of France and/or any of the other countries whose citizens are eligible for this Contest, and pursuant to French law pertaining to data collection and processing, you are informed that the data collector is AndroidPolice.com, and the data collected will be transferred to the United States of America. The Winner consents to allowing Contest Provider to disclose the following information to Prize Provider for the purpose of awarding the Prize: (1) first and last name, (2) email address, and (3) shipping address. Shipping address must be located in one of the countries or regions listed in the Eligibility section. Failure to provide an address in one of the countries or regions listed in the Eligibility section will result in disqualification from the Contest.
6. General Release of Liability
By entering the Contest, you release the Contest Provider and Prize Provider from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the Prize.
7. Affidavit and Release:
As a condition of being awarded the Prize, the Winner will be required to execute and deliver to Contest Provider a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability. The Affidavit of Eligibility may be submitted by email.
