I'm really glad video uploads are back again.

I'm wondering how this change to hi-res upload will affect my picasa storage limit? Since the original low-res option uploaded 2048px which is free storage on picasa..

I'm wondering the same thing now too. I don't want to have to remember to downgrade the quality before an upload

Yeah this always bugged me. If you upload your photos with the picasa app you could only upload 2gig. If you uploaded with the google+ app it was unlimited. So i re-uploaded all my photos and realised that they were of a lesser quality. Now i'm hoping that you can upload with full quality through google+ then not worry about the limit.
Will test today when i update!

Let us know how it turns out :-)

I wonder if they ever plan on adding the ability to save images from the app. Not being able to save posted images is irritating.

I'd like them to add tagging to the images from the app

Kind of don't want to update..

The new icon is just hideous, I don't know what Google are thinking, where does that fit into the brand?

As above, the auto-resizing to fit the Picassa file size limits is an awesome feature, I don't want to lose that for the sake of having huge pics.

I have no interest in video uploads since my internet is too slow lol.
