Kairosoft, maker of the many popular Story games (such as Game Dev Story and Grand Prix Story), has released a new game called World Cruise Story. As with the other games, the title really says it all: your objective is to manage a cruise liner from top to bottom in order to meet objectives and make money, much like old-school games such as Sim City or Roller Coaster Tycoon.

Captain a luxury cruise liner, sailing the entire world while entertaining VIPs!

Get ready to take the helm of history's grandest, most over-the-top luxury cruise liner for an unforgettably addictive excursion at sea!

Deck your own ship with everything from lavish suites and first-class restaurants to casinos and hot tubs! You call the shots as you travel the world, visiting every country on the map--even entertaining royalty with tours truly fit for kings!

Put the right facilities next to each other and you'll score big points with passengers and reviewers. Amass enough fame and even celebrities will come flocking when you're in port!

Can you turn your sea buggy into a 5-star floating paradise? Put on your captain's hat and find out in World Cruise Story!

KairoSoft's games are extremelly addictive. But if you play all of them (Like, GameDev Story, GranPrix Story, and PocketLeague Story and that "Resort" Story) you will notice that behind the mask, they are all the same game.

True, however, the soccer game was much more than that. I really got into the games my characters were playing. I was literally yelling at them in my head. "YOU IDIOT STEAL THE BALL!"

Same to me. But think about it: the only thing that they did was adding a soccer scene. Imagine if GameDev showed how the games that you made were?

Amusing how in Game Dev Story, you would get penalized for releasing the same type of game over and over. Don't get me wrong, I have nearly all of them (skipped Hot Springs), but started to get pretty bored with whole concept/gameplay with PocketLeague. They're addicting, but please, change the backend mechanics every once in a while.
