    Christmas is almost here!

  • Vivec

I can't wait! I hope they won't hold the update for Nexus S for too long.

    • Kaboo

They shouldn't... the Nexus S better get an immediate or nearly immediate update as soon as the Galaxy nexus is released.

  • 9ooyan

Still love my nexus one, but this is the first phone to pique my interest.

  • giese

please please please push ics to the nexus family right away!
you wanna fight fragmentation? alright then this is the first step

  • Chris Welch

Booo, 2am GMT, there's no way I'll be able to stay up on a work night... particularly getting two kids ready in the morning. Ah well - I'll be here first thing to check out the news!

  • J.C.

I feel the same about the Nexus S 4g. I'm more about the software than the hardware. There are going to be quite a few dual-core phone customers lighting up the websites and forums about the Ice Cream Sandwich update long after the Nexus series users get theirs. My next phone will be in the Nexus series as well.

4 A.M. CEST? I don't think I will be awake at that time. Otherwise I won't be able to make it through my college lessons. Why did they have to choose Hong Kong for this event?

  • karim

Damn...i will be at work with only 3g connection.
Ah well....gives me something to do when i get home :)

  • Derek Chan

damn too bad it's invite only or else i'll go there myself and help you get the stuff as early as possible!

  • dpneal

Just a note for UK viewers, that means 3AM as we're currently still on British Summer Time.

    • MKChris

True, I had forgot that... doesn't make it any better for me though.

  • Double

Suppose i'll just skip sleep altogether. 4AM... :S

  • asdf

What's with the live youtube stream, anyone can see it?

So far I love the simplicity..

  • Ribbys

    Awesome feature updates in ICS.

Will be interesting to see if the camera is as good as they claim.

On screen buttons are a big win. More screen for media and web use without making the device bigger than a 4.3" screen phone.

  • BlackOmega

I'm just curious about the camera 1080p recording, can it compete with the 8mp camera on the galaxy s2?
That's by far the best 1080p camera out there for recording videos, I wonder if this new 5mp camera can capture videos with the same quality.

In the end, I really liked the new android version, also, I must say that probably phones with 256mb of ram won't run this new android, it's too graphic intensive. Time to say goodbye to my motorola milestone :(
