If you've had an Android phone for more than, say, 6 minutes, then there's a good chance that you have Angry Birds installed. Actually, there's a good chance that you all all three versions of Angry Birds installed - the original, Seasons, and the newest of the three: Rio (based on the movie of the same name).
The latter has an update coming next week, dubbed Beach Volley, that will bring about several new levels, but this time the setting is a beach, and you won't be killing pigs or freeing birds. This go around you have an new, even more dangerous enemy: monkeys.
This calls for a teaser trailer! Check it out:
Did you see what I saw? Yeah, that's Blu and Jewel from the movie, apparently tied together at their feet, ready to for some flingy action. Judging by the trailer, their special skills seems to be fly and charge forward, but I'm kind of fuzzy on exact details. I guess, we'll just have to wait and see next week.
Update: Apparently neither Blu and Jewel nor the monkeys are new, so I apologize for my inaccuracies. I generally don't make it past the first few levels of any of the Angry Birds games before getting bored, so I jumped to conclusions on this one. Thanks to those that pointed this out to me!
