I'm a sucker for a good rumor, and I just can't pass up sharing this one with all of you. According to TmoNews, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S II might be landing on T-Mobile. How this information came about, however, does make me a little skeptical (I said I'm a sucker for a good rumor, not that I believe every one that comes along).

The above image was taken from Adobe's website, and it appears to show a Galaxy S II on the T-Mo website. This has to be the real deal, too, because no one ever makes Photoshop errors, right? In all seriousness, though, this should probably be taken with a grain of salt. With that said, the image of the phone itself may be tiny, but there is little doubt that it is the stock Galaxy S II shot, seen below.

While the legitimacy of this particular incident may be in question, there is one thing that's not: our desire for this super-thin, dual-core monster to get some proper US release info.

I'll wait for an official confirmation before I decide to change my incredible for this super beast of a phone... Of course, assuming it lands on verizon or I change carriers :-)

Samsung should release it to all US carriers like they did with the original Galaxy S phones. How long they will take to update the Android is another story. Thank god it comes with Gingerbread. Then Europe and the other countries will get Ice Cream a year before the US carriers update it.
