Just as promised, Rovio, the maker of the oh-so-popular Angry Birds, released a separate game called Angry Birds Seasons today, which contains 45 Halloween levels, previously only available on iOS, as well as 25 Christmas levels.

I haven't spotted any new birds yet, and I doubt they've added any, but I'm sure a few hours later, when you all finish every level, you will let us know. Oops, I take that back - the snow levels are available one per day, starting today, all the way through December 25th (see the last screenshot to see what happens if you try to click on day 2).

Oh, and in case you aren't getting any presents this holiday season, the snow levels contain plenty of gift boxes you can break, worth 3-5k points each.

How about incrementing the date in the device to unlock Christmas levels??

Some phones, like mine, don't support setting the clock (EVO 4G), but I'm sure it would work on those that do.

I'll update my version and give it a try. I was hoping that they would have made some adjustments to the AD placement, but according to the screen shots it looks like they didn't.

Root your system and use ad block. I really REALLY didn't want to do it since its the bread and butter of these developers. But when a developer puts the ads in the worse possible place. Frack em.

The paid version without ads is coming soon, according to the news they sent out today.
