I don't give a care about commenting on someone else's comment or reading their responses to my comment about their comment! All I care about is app quality! Give me the ability to sort by STAR RANKING and by PERIOD. For example, all new apps 30 days old 4 star plus. Or All apps in the Productivity category over the last 90 days 3 star plus. Or in the search, all apps submitted in the last 6 months 5 stars using the keyword "keyboard".
