Yesterday I posted my review and hands-on results with lots of photos made by HTC EVO 4G's 8MP camera, and today I was finally able to finish uploading the 720P HD videos from the same period of time during my visit to Paris (damn you, slow French WiFi!).

Our friends over at Engadget have published a kick ass guide on how to take advantage of Froyo’s cloud to device messenger capability. You may recall the demonstration during the Android keynote at Google I/O, where they pushed directions to their phone from Google Maps with the click of a button. Gameloft’s DRM Policy Change – Now With Less Rip-off

Well it seems the huge outcry over Gameloft's DRM policy has not fallen on deaf ears as they have announced a change to their DRM policy. The change states that users are now allowed to re-download games purchased through their website, thought this may take some time to implement.

I’m not sure what Google was expecting, but when you give a phone out to a room of hackers, chances are the phones going to be hacked. First, we saw the EVO get rooted shortly after I/O and now it seems Froyo has been ported over as well. All this before the phone’s even hit the store shelves.

Google and Sprint might have a big problem on their hands, as the EVO 4G, coming out in less than a week on June 4th, seems to have a serious defect in the included internal storage department.

Apparently, tasty Android phones aren’t exempt from Walmart’s infamous roll backs, and they’re now offering the T-Mobile MyTouch Slide for $129.99 with a new 2 year contract – that’s $70 off the price that T-Mobile is offering.

For a mid-range Android handset that’s not a bad price, especially if you’re dying to having a QWERTY keyboard, but, for me at least, the decision becomes a bit more difficult when you consider the EVO 4G is a mere $70 more....

Fragmentation is often brought up as one of Android’s bigger flaws, and despite Google’s promises, it doesn’t look like it will be going away any time soon. Update, May 29th, 7PM CST: Qik have updated their company blog and have cleared up the situation. Basically, the core Qik experience, meaning streaming from your EVO 4G to Qik, and the 2-way video chat will be FREE. Apparently, the subscription charge will be for “some advanced premium features” that they are working on. They’ll have an announcement on June 4th with additional details on these features.
