The lag on the dialer is almost unbearable, and my hero only rings twice before it goes to voicemail, which causes me to miss 75% of the calls I receive. This is just totally unacceptable as I use this phone for work. The Hero does some things rather well, but is almost completely useless as a phone. I am willing to wait a couple more weeks for the 2.1 update, to see if it fixes these problems, but the Hero is the worst phone i have ever owned, and it has soured me on HTC and Android. I agree. Wait a month or two and Sprint will have the Nexus One and Supersonic which are both 1GHz and will rock very very hard.
